While we are super excited that you are coming to our wedding, we also want you to make the most of your trip to Sri Lanka. To make this easy, we will be arranging complete itineraries that include transportation, hotels, sightseeing, and activities across all the popular parts of this beautiful island. We will travel together as a group, while some with join or leave the group based on their preferred option. Below are options based on duration with dates. You can see more details when you click through. All dates include flying time and the wedding.
Option 1 : Culture & History

Visit key cultural sites that date back 1000s of years of Sri Lankan history. Visit Sigiriya, the palace on a rock, the painted caves of Dambulla, and the ancient city of Polonnaruwa.

Option 2 : Kandy & Highlands
July 4th – July 12th
While in Kandy, visit an Elephant Orphanage, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Then take off to the Highlands where you will see waterfalls, mountains, visit the Horton Plains and Worlds End. You will stay on a tea plantation, pick your own tea, dine in a train car, and have afternoon in an old British mansion.

Everything in Option 2, plus visit the famous Nine Arches Bridge, climb a mountain, and take a scenic train ride through the valleys. Then head down to the southern coastal towns of Sri Lanka. Here you will have time on the beaches, visit the Old Dutch Fort in Galle, visit a turtle sanctuary, and spend time in Colombo.
